Welcome 2019!

Updated: Jan 15, 2019

Happy New Year one and all!!

New year, new beginnings, new challenges, renewed hopes and dreams. All things can be made new again. I will be renewing my commitment to lowering my weight and improving my health. I know that whatever I do, however, will also include making sure I maintain my ability to perform activities to improve my levels of fitness. I will have to make sure that I’m getting adjusted regularly so my joints are moving freely and have balanced mobility.

My first adjustment of the year was Friday, January 4th. Off to a good start! Regular massages are required to maintain flexibility and reduce stress on tendons and ligaments to prevent injuries. Our therapists are filling their schedules already, so call us ASAP to reserve your time.

Then, of course, one must consider nutrition because we all know garbage in gives us garbage out. A good diet is best, but if you know you are cutting corners, we have supplements to fill in the corners or address specific health care concerns such as poor sleep, joint pain, high cholesterol, digestive issues and general inflammation in the body to name only a few. I’m starting my new year with a detoxifying cleansing program to start with a clean slate. I already feel the bloated feeling subside.

So, if you want to meet the new year running like a Ferrari, don’t settle on going to the Ford garage. I want to be the crew chief for your race to better health because at Heib Chiropractic we understand the FEEL-FORM-FUNCTION formula. The way you FEEL equals the balance of your body’s FORM plus the degree of your body’s FUNCTION. 2019 is our 30th year in practice, and we have a new look, location and logo. Check our website heibchiropractic.com for details.

If you feel like you are wearing down, we’ll build you up for a happier 2019 and beyond.

Hey, Davey! How's that back pain?

Little Davey was 5 years old, riding his bike down the big hill in front of his house.  He looked and waved at his friends as he sped past them.  In doing so, he didn’t see the pothole in front of him
